Who we are
RemindPal is a UK-focused payment reminder product for freelancers and small businesses. You can contact us at hello@remindpal.co.uk.
Information we collect
- Account information such as name, email address, and login details.
- Client and invoice information you choose to add, such as client name, company, email address, invoice amount, due date, and reminder message.
- Technical information such as device, browser, IP address, and basic usage logs needed to run and secure the service.
- Waitlist information, including the email address submitted on the landing page.
How we use information
We use personal data to provide RemindPal, create accounts, send service emails, manage payment reminders, improve the product, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal data.
Legal basis
We process personal data where it is needed to provide the service, where we have a legitimate interest in running and improving RemindPal, where we need to comply with legal obligations, or where you have given consent.
Service providers
RemindPal may use trusted providers such as Supabase for authentication and data storage, Vercel for hosting, and Resend for transactional email. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.
Your rights
