About RemindPal
RemindPal helps freelancers and small businesses create payment requests and send polite email reminders to clients. The product is in early access and may change over time.
Using the service
You are responsible for the accuracy of the client, invoice, and payment information you add. You must only send reminders where you have a lawful reason to contact the recipient.
Payment reminder content
RemindPal provides tools for sending reminders, but you remain responsible for the content of your messages, your relationship with your clients, and any payment terms agreed with them.
Plans and future features
RemindPal currently supports early access and free-plan workflows. A Pro plan may later include extra features such as an optional phone number field for WhatsApp or SMS reminders, but those channels are not active yet.
Availability
We aim to keep RemindPal available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or withdraw features where needed to maintain or improve the service.
